Last Friday I went to the Fiesta Latina in Brussels, a festival organized yearly where you can "discover the traditions, rhytms, colours and flavours of Latin America". The event includes concerts, live DJ's, beach-acclimated terraces and mercadillos where people can buy typical latin american food and drinks.
The atmosphere was great and the weather also helped, it felt like I was in Southamerica for a couple of hours.
Here are some photos I took of people dressed in their typical costumes...
Photos of the Brazilian "comparsa" and some Equatorians wearing his typical costumes after dancing their traditional "carnaval".
I love the colours and the very particular outfits, they definitely reflect the joy and happiness of South America.
